Refund policy

At Cartify, we work hard to deliver the best quality products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


2. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns/replacements only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged/defective product received

  • Missing item in the order

➡️ Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email/WhatsApp along with photo/video proof.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging.

  • Personalized/customized products (e.g., name/logo printed items) are not eligible for returns unless defective.

If the claim is verified, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process.


3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI once we receive your account details.

  • Shipping and COD handling charges are non-refundable.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is provided as a convenience to our customers.

  • If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason, Cartify reserves the right to disable COD option for future purchases from that customer.

  • Repeated COD refusals may result in blacklisting of the customer account.


5. Non-Returnable Products

  • Personalized/customized products (e.g., engraved or logo-printed items).

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or after customer confirmation of delivery.


6. Our Rights

Cartify reserves the right to refuse any unreasonable return/refund requests if the product was delivered in perfect condition as per the order.
