Welcome to Cartify. By using our website, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility – You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

  2. Product Information – We make every effort to display products accurately. However, slight variations in color/design may occur.

  3. Pricing & Payment – All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid options.

  4. Order Acceptance – Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Cartify reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.

  5. COD Orders – COD is available only for select pin codes and may require a confirmation call/OTP before dispatch. Repeated COD refusals may lead to suspension of COD facility.

  6. Intellectual Property – All content on this website is owned by Cartify. Copying or misuse is strictly prohibited.

  7. Limitation of Liability – Cartify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  8. Governing Law – These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Karnal, Haryana.
